Reorganize hierarchy
Move a Site to a new GM, a GM to a new TOL, or a TOL to a new VP. Re-parents the group; memberships travel with it.
Rename / hand-over
Rename a VP / TOL / GM / Site and hand over its user mappings — e.g. a new GM takes over for a departing one.
